Assignment 1- "The Elephants"

The work is a meshing and reconstruction of two separate entities; two statue elephants of different shape and size. The original objects were fused together using photosynth to form ‘the elephants’.  ‘the elephants’ were then further  transformed, and manipulated to form ‘ elhanptes’.   

The work compromises of eight segments; segment one ‘ the elephants’, segment two – segment seven are core features of the elephant body (bodies, trunk,tusks and ears) that have been dissected and purposefully arranged due to size and detail.  The final segment is an abstract meshing of all prior segments to create a new reality of the elephant.
